Friday 28 April - Practice Day

The day was fine and warm and Practice went well except for a close encounter with a Galah at the end of the main straight at 240km per hour.

This caused some damage to the front of the bike.

Saturday 29 April - Qualifying and Racing.

The day started damp but cleared for the rest of the day.
Qualified 3rd 250GP class

Race 1 250GP - 3rd

My start was slow off the front row and I was 4th into the first corner.

By the start of the lap 2 I was in 3rd place but the 2 riders in front had gapped me considerably and in the 6 lap race I was unable to make any further progress.
